Board of Directors Meeting
December 3, 2001
The monthly meeting of the Avocet Board of Directors was called to order at 7:10 PM on Monday, December 3, 2001, at the Avocet clubhouse with Paul Cernich presiding. Also in attendance was Cris Townsend.
Approval of Minutes
The November minutes were approved
Activities Completed Since Last Meeting
- Approved rock/pinestraw for clubhouse area
Unfinished Business
- Long –term capital requirements – 5 year projections
- Clubhouse improvements – lighting and floor in kitchen
- Access to tennis courts – fence and locks; Today Management obtaining second quote
- Rock/pinestraw for clubhouse area
- New insurance policy for property; Today Management will have new policy by end of year

The next meeting of the Avocet Board of Directors was scheduled for Monday,
January 7, 2002 starting at 7 PM in the Avocet clubhouse.
The motion to adjourn this meeting was made by Cris Townsend, seconded by Paul Cernich. The meeting ended at 7:30 PM.
