  3. Locks on tennis courts

New Business

Paul Cernich has resigned his position as President, Avocet HOA; Andrew Goodspeed was nominated by Cris Townsend as Paul’s replacement; the nomination was seconded by Nick Carter; Andrew will serve the remainder of Paul’s term

Cris Townsend will be resigning her position as Secretary, Avocet HOA, as of March 31. Andrew Goodspeed and Nick Carter will appoint a successor and have the names of 2-3 interested people who they will contact

Matt Welch is no longer with the law firm retained by Avocet HOA; Andrew Goodspeed will contact the firm to see who our replacement is

The Board is looking into the legality of passing new bylaws independently of the covenants; the updated bylaws would provide for staggered terms for Board members to provide some consistency on the Board

A suggestion was made to mail out new pool/tennis court keys to homeowners once the tennis court locks are changed

The motion to adjourn this meeting was made by Cris Townsend, seconded by Nick Carter. The meeting ended at 8:05 PM. The next meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on April 1 in the Avocet clubhouse.
