January BOD Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 7:17pm.

1. Discussed D & O Policy Updates
2. Asked Bruce to follow up with the insurance company to find out cost differences with policy changes
3. Discussed pool. A contract was developed and submitted to Today Management. The contractor, "The Poolman", has begun work. Expected completion date is April 15th.
4. Dual sided tennis board is approved and is being installed
5. Discussed reinvigorating committees
6. Satellite is now fixed
7. Have an electrician coming in to fix the breaker issues in the clubhouse
8. Discussed maintenance of restrooms
9. Began to discuss a plan to update the articles and covenants
10. Began discussing replacing the cupola's on the clubhouse and cleaning up the mildew problem and repainting
11. Tabled the playground until completion of the pool
12. Next meeting set for February 2nd
