Comments from the floor

• There were no other members of the neighborhood association present.

Committee reports

1. Sports - Center light resurfacing to take place directly, two courts at a time
2. Pool - Pool was covered and grommets were replaced. Had to order special cover for the baby pool.
3. Finance - Financials distributed - the discussion of raising the association dues. The dues have only been raised one time since the neighborhood was built and due to the number of renovations that need to be done, there is a great need to have a bigger reserve. The decision is to raise it by $20 per year, per house.
4. Information - Mike Frintner has volunteered to be the new webmaster.
5. Architecture - New guidelines were distributed and Mike Bragg is going to be the new chair.
6. Kids - Beth will be resigning after Christmas due to the birth of their second baby. We still need a new chairperson to organize the kids club events. Beth did a great job with Halloween, she has all of the info for all of the events for whoever wants to volunteer.
7. Landscape - Brickman will fix the lights at the entrance that were broken. Their contract has been terminated and we will go back to having S&A do the neighborhood landscaping. We discussed the possibility of having a new sign built at the front of the entrance to post activities and messages. We are planning to call a civil engineer to try to get a long term plan of what route we need to take to fix this drainage issue. There are many problems and we need a long term plan of where to start to ensure that we fix it the in the correct manner so we do not have this continual problem.
8. Security - There was an incident in the neighborhood of someone smashing pumpkins and another of someone torturing a cat. The cat was harmed to the point of having to be put down. Anyone who knows anything of this is asked to contact anyone on the board or any of the committees. We discussed installing security cameras around the tennis courts and clubhouse to prevent vandalism.
9. Social - There is a plan to have a holiday party at the clubhouse in the night of the 18th.
10. Ad hoc sign committee - Many thanks to J.B. and Sharon Colletta for being so patient for the last few years. The rock formation is gone and the plans for a new one are yet to be determined.

Old Business

• Playground safety/improvement
  It is known that the playground needs a lot of attention, and we are waiting to see if we will have the funds once the drainage issues are addressed.
• Social
  $100 for kids club halloween event, and $400 for the Holiday even on Dec. 4th, to be held at the clubhouse.
• Pool
  $500 for main pool cover (grommets were not installed when the pool deck was put in this past summer).
  $550 for baby pool cover
