a. Landscape Committee :
i. Landscape maintenance bids – bids submitted to Heritage Properties
ii. Revisit Landscape Master Plan and determine implementation strategy

b. Clubhouse
i. Cleaning services for bathroom and pool areas – BOD has received bid and will pass information on to Heritage Properties to review contract.
ii. BOD is accepting bids for repair of the clubhouse area. Current bids are being evaluated.
iii. Evaluation of possible mold/mildew in Clubhouse, BOD seeking expert evaluation of samples from clubhouse.
iv. Check availability/accessibility of first aid kit in clubhouse.
c. Avocet Architectural Committee
i. New ACC Request Form submitted for approval. New form has additional instructions for submissions. BOD approved. Available as of 11/3/05.
d. Security : Vehicles parked in the community parking lot overnight
e. Information:
i. Posting notices on website concerning speeding and overnight parking by tennis courts and pool area.
ii. Unauthorized receipts of internal BOD emails.
f. Finance: Heritage Properties received the HOA financial records from Today Management Inc. this week. Heritage will soon provide information to HOA residents to access individual accounts via the Heritage Properties website.
i. Once financial process is place, Heritage will provide monthly updates of financial status by approx. the 15th of each month.
g. Sports
i. Tennis court resurfacing maintenance issues.
ii. Tennis courts are settling and causing some cracks and fraying at edges of courts.
iii. Damage sustained is a result of settling and is not an oversight of recent resurfacing work.
iv. Tennis court lights on upper left side of tennis courts are still experiencing circuit resets as well as issue with timer.
v. Heritage will contact Talbot to check previous work done with circuit breakers since issue is still present.
vi. Tennis Committee will be meeting with BOD on Wednesday, November 16, 2005.
IV. Other issues:
a. Drainage update: HOA has a five hour walkthrough with Treeform, Inc. after or during excessive rain/water runoff, to evaluate drainage issues to verify issues were addressed.
a. Petition received. Heritage Properties will provide correspondence to homeowners to remind them of violations of HOA covenants.
b. Speeding vehicles on Avocet, especially near Kittiwake.
c. Covenant enforcement regarding displaying of signs on homeowner’s property.
d. Barking dogs.
e. Status of construction along South Old Peachtree construction.
f. Next Avocet Board of Directors meeting will be December 6, 2005 at 7:00 PM. Tentatively scheduled to be at clubhouse.
