2006; Follow up with current contractor for pine straw and leaves

Update: All interior drywall has
been removed along with insulation contaminated by mold/mildew; removal
of rat/roach nests. Evaluate plans
to replace insulation and drywall.
Verify permit if needed for interior repairs with Gwinnett County.
- Architectural
Ctte:
Update on playset and backyard storage
shed request.
- Sports/Tennis
Ctte:
Update to tennis program which includes increase in fees for
non-residents from $40 to $60, requirement for captain/co-captain of
Avocet team to be residents, and flexible fielding of Avocet Team with
non-residents when insufficient participants for season.
- Security: Follow up with legal on HOA liability
for overnight parking in common areas.
Noted multiple vehicles parked overnight in parking lot by tennis
courts.
- Finance: Follow up with Heritage Properties on
status of November and October financial statements.
- Drainage: Forsythe Group and Drainage Solutions
walkthrough and sign-off pending heavier rainfall to review effectiveness
of additional drainage in pool area.
- Pool
Maintenance: Replace iron gate surrounding water pump assembly.
- Update
on South Old Peachtree development:
Early completion, restoration of irrigation and lighting at front
of subdivision.
