Old Business

• Pool open with necessary maintenance. Worst pool chairs being restrapped and repainted. $900?
• ComCast cable service at the clubhouse awaiting connection request.
• Drainage - Consider bids on area around pool and clubhouse/bathhouse as well as retention pond along driveway.
• Relinquishment of Declarant
• Unapproved house painting
• Riding shotgun on a property inspection - 9MAY2005 - Jeanne rode along with Bruce on the inspection and informed us that there are some serious inconsistencies in the inspection process.
• Different protocols by violation type (yard maintenance issues, signage violations...)? What is the minimum window we could arrange from first contact to self-help?
• TMI increase notification - agreed to increase to $819/month.
• Need to get bids/assessments of erosion problem in lower parking lot
• Clubhouse repairs - getting bids, but not uppermost on the priority list as
• Bathhouse repairs - getting bids as a priority in front of the clubhouse repairs.
• Clubhouse pests hopefully the rats in the clubhouse have been eliminated.
• Speed humps and stop signs -
