One of the many benefits we enjoy in Avocet is well maintained neighborhood facilities! The facilities exist for and are supported by the Members, under the management of the BOD.

Clubhouse

One of our finest yet least used facilities is our clubhouse! It is used for our public gatherings - parties, meetings, etc. - but is available for Members to rent at a modest rate for private use. It boasts a full kitchen, big-screen television (with cable/DVD/CD/VHS), seating, tables, chairs, a pool (non-exclusive)... Everything you need for a fun gathering that does not invade your home. Pool

The pool at Avocet is a fun place to be between early May and late September. There is ample deck space, seating, and the pool of course. Come down and join your neighbors in your warm weather enjoyment. For more information about the pool visit the pool page.
