Based on numerous homeowner requests, we have created Classified Ad pages on
the Avocet Web Site. All of the information you need to post an Ad is listed
below. Click on the section you are interested in for more
information.

There are three different Ad sections:
Personal Ads - for
offering services, or household goods (i.e. baby sitting, items for sale,
etc...)
Homes for Sale - for
advertising the sale of your home
Anyone who lives in Avocet is eligible to post an ad.
Personal Ads stay on the web site for 1 month. At the end
of the month, ads can be resubmitted for reposting. Ads are limited to 256
characters.
Homes for Sale Ads stay on the web site for 6 months or until
the home sells. The ad is one full page and the homeowner is responsible
for submitting the text, graphics and page layout in electronic format.
Ads can be resubmitted for reposting at the end of the 6 months.
Personal Ads are free and open to all residents of Avocet.
Homes for Sale Ads are now FREE and stay on the Website for 6
months.
To submit a Personal Ad simply click here on the Personal Ad form and fill out the
form to submit your Ad. Your ad will be posted on the Web site within 24
hours. NOTE: For security reasons, we will only publish your
first name and phone number as the contact for your ad.
To submit a Homes for Sale Ad, layout your ad on one full page.
You can use any HTML editor (notepad, MS Word, Frontpage, Hotdog, etc...) to
create your page. Once you have created your page, send an Email to webmaster@avocet-hoa.org
to let us know you are ready.
