Need to report a problem with a sidewalk?

Recently, an Avocet Homeowner tried to contact Gwinnett County about a sidewalk here in the neighborhood that was broken and needed to be repaired.  After much searching, here is the information fro the county...

"To answer your broader question, the Department of Transportation Service Request Center is the clearinghouse for recording and distributing requests for assistance with roadside conditions.  These might be calls regarding broken sidewalks, potholes, signal lamps out, etc. The Service Request Center can be reached at (770) 822-7474 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you encounter an emergency roadside situation after-hours, or are not sure which department would handle it, please dial 911."
